HR EXECUTIVE

TRANSGLOBE ACADEMY

The HR Executive will oversee and manage various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, and compliance. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to support both employees and management in fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Maintain talent pipelines and support workforce planning.
  • Conduct background checks and reference verification.

2. Onboarding & Induction

  • Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Ensure smooth documentation and setup of new hires.
  • Introduce new employees to company policies and culture.

3. Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Support conflict resolution, grievance handling, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in organizing team-building activities and HR events.

4. HR Operations & Documentation

  • Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and personal files.
  • Manage attendance, leave administration, and payroll coordination.
  • Prepare HR reports and ensure accuracy of HR documentation.

5. Policy Implementation & Compliance

  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Assist in audits and statutory documentation.

6. Performance Management

  • Support performance appraisal cycles and coordinate evaluation processes.
  • Help identify training needs and coordinate learning & development activities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
