Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Staffing: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, promoting a healthy and positive work environment.
  • Performance Management: Oversee employee performance evaluation processes, providing coaching and feedback to managers and staff.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Administer employee benefits programs, salary reviews, and incentives while ensuring alignment with company policies.
  • Compliance: Ensure the company adheres to labor laws, health and safety regulations, and internal policies.
  • Employee Engagement: Organize employee engagement activities and initiatives that enhance morale and retention.
  • Reporting & Data Management: Maintain accurate HR records, prepare reports on HR metrics, and analyze trends to improve HR strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
