Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Staffing: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, promoting a healthy and positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Oversee employee performance evaluation processes, providing coaching and feedback to managers and staff.
- Compensation & Benefits: Administer employee benefits programs, salary reviews, and incentives while ensuring alignment with company policies.
- Compliance: Ensure the company adheres to labor laws, health and safety regulations, and internal policies.
- Employee Engagement: Organize employee engagement activities and initiatives that enhance morale and retention.
- Reporting & Data Management: Maintain accurate HR records, prepare reports on HR metrics, and analyze trends to improve HR strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
