We are looking for a dedicated and people-oriented Human Resources (HR) Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day HR operations, support recruitment, ensure employee satisfaction, and assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date.
- Assist in payroll processing, attendance management, and leave administration.
- Support performance management cycles (goal setting, evaluations, appraisals).
- Address employee queries and resolve workplace issues professionally.
- Organize employee engagement activities, trainings, and orientation programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Prepare HR reports, documentation, and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and HR documentation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software (HRMS).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or related administrative roles (Freshers with strong interest may also apply).
