Responsibilities of an HR Executive1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Identifying hiring needs and creating job descriptions
- Posting job advertisements on various platforms
- Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates
- Coordinating and conducting interviews
- Managing onboarding and induction processes
2. Employee Relations
- Addressing employee queries, concerns, and grievances
- Maintaining healthy workplace relationships
- Promoting a positive work environment
- Conducting employee engagement activities
3. HR Operations
- Maintaining employee records and documentation
- Managing attendance, leave, and timekeeping systems
- Preparing HR letters (offer letters, appointment letters, etc.)
- Handling employee exit formalities (resignation, Full & Final, exit interview)
4. Payroll & Compensation Support
- Coordinating with finance for payroll processing
- Ensuring accurate salary inputs (attendance, leave, deductions, incentives)
- Managing statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.)
5. Policy Implementation
- Assisting in creating and updating HR policies
- Ensuring employees follow company rules and regulations
- Communicating policy changes to staff
6. Training & Development
- Identifying employee training needs
- Coordinating training programs and workshops
- Maintaining training records
7. Performance Management
- Supporting performance appraisal processes
- Collecting evaluation data
- Assisting managers in performance review discussions
8. Compliance & Legal Responsibilities
- Ensuring HR processes follow labor laws and company standards
- Maintaining statutory records and documentation
- Managing audits related to HR
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,510.00 per month
