At Elevate Accounting and Auditing, we are committed to delivering high-quality financial, auditing, and compliance services across the UAE. We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in an accounting or professional services firm and will be responsible for handling end-to-end HR operations.

Key Responsibilities-

HR Operations & Administration

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes including documentation and induction.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system.
  • Administer employee benefits, visa processing, and medical insurance applications.
  • Manage employee leaves, attendance, and absence reports.
  • Handle DMCC portal updates and employee visa renewals.

Recruitment & Staffing

  • Coordinate with departments for hiring requirements.
  • Handle job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Issue offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Support smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Laws and company policies.
  • Prepare documentation such as job descriptions, employee handbooks, SOPs, and HR policies.
  • Maintain proper filing of insurance and HR records.
  • Assist in labor audits and report submissions.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Address employee grievances and escalate as needed.
  • Coordinate engagement activities and internal events.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Organize employee training sessions in line with management plans.

Performance Management

  • Assist in performance review cycles and tracking completion.
  • Support the implementation of PIPs and maintain records.
  • Provide data and analysis on performance metrics.

Payroll & Benefits

  • Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and ensure accuracy in processing.
  • Handle statutory and non-statutory deductions.
  • Resolve payroll queries and ensure timely communication.

HR Projects

  • Support in HR process improvements and system implementation.
  • Participate in employee surveys and HR strategic initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Experience:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in HR; preferably in an accounting, auditing, or professional services firm.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll software.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR compliance requirements.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Personable, empathetic, and a team player.
