We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the daily operations of our Human Resources department. This role involves handling recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, and general HR administration.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a genuine interest in creating a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Post job openings on job boards and social media platforms
- Review applications and coordinate interviews
- Assist in issuing offer letters and onboarding new employees
- Conduct employee orientation and ensure smooth integration into the team
Employee Records & Documentation
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts and compliance paperwork
Employee Relations
- Serve as a point of contact for HR-related queries and employee concerns
- Assist in resolving workplace issues while ensuring fairness and compliance
Performance Management
- Help track performance review cycles and feedback sessions
- Support performance improvement and employee recognition initiatives
Training & Development
- Coordinate internal and external training sessions
- Maintain training records and assist in upskilling initiatives
HR Administration
- Prepare HR reports and maintain internal databases
- Support payroll, leave management, and benefits coordination
- Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company policies
Employee Engagement
- Assist in organizing employee engagement programs and company events
- Support wellness initiatives and internal communication campaigns
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience:
- 1–3 years in an HR support role (Preferred)
- Experience with recruitment or HR operations is a plus
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and HR documentation
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance standards
Soft Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Team player with a problem-solving mindset
