1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Identify hiring needs in coordination with department heads
  • Create and post job descriptions
  • Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, schedule interviews
  • Conduct initial HR interviews
  • Oversee onboarding and orientation for new hires

2. Employee Relations

  • Address employee concerns and grievances
  • Maintain healthy workplace culture
  • Facilitate communication between employees and management
  • Handle conflict resolution and disciplinary actions

3. HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, personal files)
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation
  • Manage HRIS / HR software systems
  • Oversee payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, deductions)

4. Performance Management

  • Support appraisal and evaluation processes
  • Track employee performance indicators
  • Assist in goal setting and development plans

5. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs
  • Organize workshops and skills-development programs
  • Track and evaluate training effectiveness

6. Policy Implementation & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to HR policies, laws, and regulations
  • Update and communicate company policies
  • Assist in audits and compliance reporting

7. Employee Engagement & Welfare

  • Plan engagement activities and events
  • Manage employee benefits (health insurance, leaves, etc.)
  • Support employee well-being initiatives

8. Exit & Offboarding Management

  • Conduct exit interviews
  • Process full & final settlements
  • Handle resignation documentation and clearance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
