Major Tasks & Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment & Staffing
1. Posting job vacancies and sourcing candidates.
2.Screening resumes and conducting interviews.
3. Coordinating hiring processes and onboarding new employees.
Employee Relations & Engagement
1. Addressing employee concerns and grievances.
2. Organizing employee engagement programs and team-building activities.
3. Maintaining a positive work environment.
Performance Management
1. Implementing performance appraisal systems.
2. Tracking employee progress and suggesting training programs.
3. Providing feedback and development plans.
Training & Development
1. Identifying skill gaps and arranging training sessions.
2. Coordinating workshops and career development programs.
Compliance Responsibilities
1. Managing employment contracts and handling disciplinary actions.
2. Keeping up with regulatory changes.
HR Policies & Documentation
1. Developing, updating, and enforcing HR policies.
2. Maintaining employee records and HR databases.
