Job Description HR Executive:
1. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
2. Candidates should have knowledge of the non-conventional modes of hiring.
3. Screen candidates resumes and job applications
4. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
5. Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills & experience
6. Responsible for salary negotiation, release of offer letter
7. Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
8. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
9. Proven work experience as a Recruiter
10. Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
*Candidate should have excellent communication skills (verbal & written both)
