Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees, including documentation, orientation, and training sessions.
- Employee Engagement & Relations
- Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and HR events.
- Address employee grievances and provide support to maintain a healthy work environment.
- Payroll & Compliance
- Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Performance Management
- Support the appraisal process, set performance goals, and track employee progress.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- HR Administration
- Maintain HR records, employee databases, and documentation.
- Assist in policy formulation and ensure smooth HR operations.
