Work as HR Recruiter & Admin Executive, Candidate will be responsible for end to end recruitment process. The candidate will also need to have a basic understanding of company policies and must have excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities
HR
1. Responsible to source relevant candidates from both online and offline
2. Call and follow The Candidates for Interview.
3. Taking the first round of interview, to ensure relevant and high-quality candidates are shortlisted for the further round of Interview & to screen all appropriate documents
4. Track and maintain all HR records
5. Excellent Knowledge of computer applications, English Language etc.
6. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
7. Draft mails to candidates and clients.

*Admin*
1. The capability of Multitasking including Coordination, documentation, etc.
2. Office administration and facility maintenance,
3. Digital Marketing: Social Media Posting (as and when required)
4. Raise invoice to clients and follow up on a timely basis with them for the same
5. Verification of the payment after the payment has come to the company’s account by online transfer or by cheque and update the same in the system.
6. Proposal sending, Emailing and contacting clients
7. Deal with telephone inquiries, filter calls and use initiative to deal with routine queries whenever possible.

Month Pay : Rs.10,000-14000/-
