- Recruitment, onboarding, and induction of doctors, nurses, paramedical, and non-clinical staff
- Maintaining employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, and leave management
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws, hospital policies, NABH/statutory requirements
- Handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management
- Planning staff training, skill development, and continuous education programs
- Drafting HR policies, SOPs, job descriptions, and appointment letters
- Supporting department heads with manpower planning and productivity monitoring
- Maintaining a positive work culture, ethical standards, and patient-centric values
- Attendance tracking, leave records, and monthly salary closing coordination
- Supporting management with staff documentation and daily HR operations
