  • Recruitment, onboarding, and induction of doctors, nurses, paramedical, and non-clinical staff
  • Maintaining employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, and leave management
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws, hospital policies, NABH/statutory requirements
  • Handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management
  • Planning staff training, skill development, and continuous education programs
  • Drafting HR policies, SOPs, job descriptions, and appointment letters
  • Supporting department heads with manpower planning and productivity monitoring
  • Maintaining a positive work culture, ethical standards, and patient-centric values
  • Attendance tracking, leave records, and monthly salary closing coordination
  • Supporting management with staff documentation and daily HR operations
