Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
  • Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews
  • Coordinate interview rounds with hiring managers
  • Handle offer letters, joining formalities, and documentation

HR Operations

· Address employee queries and concerns

· Maintain employee records, databases

· Assist in developing and implementing HR policies & procedures

Required Skills

· Strong communication & interpersonal skills

· Good understanding of HR processes & labor laws

· MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) proficiency

· Problem-solving attitude

· Ability to multitask and work under deadlines

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

· MBA/PGDM in HR preferred

· Candidates should be flexible in working with Night shift from 7:30 PM to 5 AM (Including 1 Hour Dinner Break.
