We're now entering a scale-up phase and are looking for a digital marketer who understands performance far beyond “running ads” someone who can build full-funnel systems, scale channels profitably, and convert high-intent demand into purchases and repeat orders.

About the Role

At Creslia, HR goes beyond internal operations. As an HR/Admin Executive, you’ll play a key role in people management, internal operations, communication coordination, and external brand interactions. This role blends HR, admin, and light communication ownership in a fast-growing D2C environment.

What You Will DoPeople Operations

  • Manage hiring, onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle processes
  • Maintain attendance records, coordinate payroll, and ensure HR compliance
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and support

Office & Admin Operations

  • Oversee office facilities, vendors, supplies, and daily admin operations
  • Maintain internal records, policies, and process documentation
  • Ensure smooth coordination between teams and leadership

Communication & Coordination

  • Handle professional email and WhatsApp communication with partners, vendors, and collaborators
  • Draft basic client-facing and internal communication (emails, replies, follow-ups)
  • Support leadership with structured communication and task coordination

Influencer & Partner Coordination

  • Assist in influencer outreach and follow-ups
  • Maintain influencer lists, track deliverables, and manage coordination timelines
  • Ensure smooth collaboration flow from outreach to content delivery

Customer Support Oversight

  • Draft empathetic responses for customer queries and complaints
  • Coordinate with support and operations teams for resolution
  • Help maintain FAQs, response templates, and communication guidelines

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Organize team activities, recognitions, and engagement initiatives
  • Support performance tracking, reviews, and feedback processes
  • Handle hiring, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Maintain attendance, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
  • Foster a positive, creative, and performance-driven culture.

Office Administration

  • Oversee office facilities, supplies, and vendor management.
  • Ensure operational efficiency and compliance in all admin processes.

Employee Engagement

  • Organize team activities, recognition programs, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Support leadership with performance tracking and reviews.

Who You Are

  • 1 year of experience in HR / Admin / Operations (startup or D2C experience preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English & Hindi required)
  • Organized, calm under pressure, and good at multitasking
  • Comfortable handling people, processes, and communication simultaneously

Tools & Skills

  • Familiar with HRMS tools, Google Workspace, and Excel
  • Comfortable using email, WhatsApp, and basic tracking sheets
  • Able to write clear, professional, human-sounding messagesWho You Are
  • 1 year of experience in HR / Admin / Operations (startup or D2C experience preferred)
