HR Executive – Job Role & Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, referrals, and consultants
- Screening resumes and scheduling interviews
- Coordinating with department heads for manpower requirements
- Handling offer letters and joining formalities
2. Employee Onboarding & Documentation
- Conducting induction and orientation programs
- Maintaining employee files (personal, statutory, and service records)
- Preparing appointment letters, confirmation letters, and ID cards
3. Payroll & Attendance Support
- Coordinating attendance, leave, and overtime records
- Supporting payroll processing with accounts/payroll team
- Handling PF, ESI, PT, and other statutory documentation
4. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintaining HRMIS and employee databases
- Handling employee queries related to HR policies and benefits
- Drafting HR policies, SOPs, and internal circulars
5. Employee Relations
- Acting as a point of contact for employee concerns
- Supporting grievance handling and conflict resolution
- Promoting a positive workplace culture
6. Performance & Training Support
- Assisting in performance appraisal processes
- Coordinating training programs and skill development initiatives
- Maintaining training records and feedback
7. Compliance & Discipline
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Supporting disciplinary actions and documentation
- Assisting in audits and inspections
8. Exit & Separation Process
- Handling resignation formalities and exit interviews
- Preparing full & final settlement documents
- Coordinating asset handover and relieving letters
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
