Job Title: HR Executive (Male Only)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Male HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, documentation, attendance, payroll support, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle—job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements
- Shortlist qualified candidates and schedule interviews
- Conduct reference checks and finalize the selection process
2. Onboarding & Induction
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities
- Conduct employee induction and orientation sessions
- Ensure all new hire documentation is complete and accurate
- Create and maintain employee files
3. Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor daily attendance and maintain leave records
- Coordinate with team leaders to verify attendance discrepancies
- Prepare monthly attendance summary for payroll
4. Payroll Support
- Share attendance and leave data with accounts/payroll team
- Track salary revisions, increments, and confirmation updates
- Assist in preparing salary slips when required
5. Employee Relations
- Address employee queries and issues professionally
- Maintain healthy communication between employees and management
- Support employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations
6. HR Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain HR-related documents, policies, and records
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Handle employee exit formalities including clearance & experience letters
7. Performance Management
- Support managers in setting KRAs and monitoring performance
- Help in conducting performance reviews and documentation
8. Administrative Support
- Manage HR emails, notices, circulars, and communication
- Assist in day-to-day office administration when required
Requirements:
- Male candidates only
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience as HR Executive or HR Assistant
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work under deadlines and multitask
- Professional, organized, and detail-oriented
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹11,980.26 - ₹25,000.00 per month
