This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions and posting on relevant platforms to screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent for our marketing and creative roles.
Develop and execute a smooth onboarding process to welcome new employees and integrate them into the FyerX culture.
Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, handling employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and compliant with labor laws.
Maintain accurate and organized employee records and HR documentation.
Assist in the performance management process, including annual reviews and feedback sessions.
Identify training needs and coordinate professional development and employee engagement initiatives.
Manage payroll processing and benefits administration in coordination with the finance department.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience of 1-3 years as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role, preferably within a marketing agency or a fast-paced, creative environment.
Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software (HRIS or HRMS).
Ability to handle sensitive information with complete discretion and professionalism
