Job Title: HR Executive
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 3 Years

Role Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive with 3 years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment and support HR operations and administrative functions. The role will primarily focus on talent acquisition (70%), along with HR operations and administrative activities (30%) to ensure smooth HR functioning.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (70%)

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across levels
  • Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical/managerial interviews
  • Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers
  • Handle offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and candidate follow-ups
  • Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality hiring standards
  • Assist in employer branding and recruitment drives, if required

HR Operations & Administration (30%)

  • Support onboarding and induction of new joiners
  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
  • Assist in attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
  • Provide general administrative support related to HR operations

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of HR operations and basic labor laws
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills

Qualification

  • MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification
  • 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in recruitment-focused roles

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
