Functionally Coordinates with: HODs
The HR Executive will primarily be responsible for recruitment along with end-to-end HR operations. The role demands strong hands-on experience in screening to onboarding, exit management, and performance management, with extensive usage of HRMS. The position is critical in ensuring timely hiring, structured HR processes, and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (75%)

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT / Technical roles

Handle job postings, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding.

Achieve target onboarding timelines (closure within defined TAT – ideally 21 days).

Coordinate closely with HODs to understand manpower requirements.

Maintain recruitment data, trackers, and reports on KEKA HRMS / ATS.

Ensure smooth onboarding experience, including documentation, induction, and system entry.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring technical requirements.

Use ATS tools effectively to manage resumes and recruitment metrics.
B. HR Operations & Generalist Role (20%)

Manage onboarding, offboarding, exit interviews, and exit management on KEKA HRMS.

Support performance management processes, appraisal cycles, and PMS data coordination.

Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, and statutory documentation.

Handle attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR MIS reporting.

Support implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements.

Ensure smooth employee lifecycle management from joining to separation.

Contribute to initiatives focused on employee engagement and experience.
