ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an HR Executive to support the day-to-day HR operations at DealBerg. The role involves managing recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance, and documentation processes. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a dynamic startup environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Manage onboarding and induction for new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records and attendance data.
• Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
• Handle leave management and related documentation.
• Support HR policy implementation and compliance activities.
• Organise employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
• Assist in exit formalities and maintain offboarding records.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant HR experience (internship or full-time).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR software tools.
• Organised, dependable, and committed to maintaining confidentiality.
