We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to support day-to-day human resource operations. The role involves recruitment coordination, employee lifecycle management, HR compliance, payroll coordination, and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and working knowledge of Indian labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and offer rollout
- Manage onboarding and induction processes for new hires
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring documentation
- Handle employee records, HRIS updates, and personnel files
- Manage attendance, leave management, and employee data accuracy
- Issue HR letters, including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience letters
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with finance/payroll vendors
- Support statutory compliance,s including PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, and labor law documentation
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures
- Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
- Assist in grievance handling and employee exit formalities
- Support performance appraisal processes and documentation
- Prepare HR MIS reports (headcount, attrition, attendance, leave, etc.)
- Assist in audits and internal HR reviews
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred
- 2–3 years of experience in an HR Executive or HR Operations role
- Good understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices
- Hands-on experience with HR operations, recruitment coordination, and payroll support
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
