Job Purpose

To assist in the execution, coordination, and monitoring of the Performance Management System (PMS) by supporting KPI tracking, data maintenance, documentation, and appraisal cycle activities under guidance, ensuring accuracy and process compliance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support in drafting and maintaining KRAs and KPIs aligned with organizational objectives and role responsibilities.
  • Assist in monitoring KPIs for assigned departments by updating data and ensuring timely inputs.
  • Help coordinate appraisal cycle activities, including data collection and documentation within PMS timelines.
  • Compile performance-related data and assist in preparing basic reports and dashboards for review.
  • Maintain employee KPI records and update documentation when job responsibilities change.
  • Support data standardization and KPI tracking using tools such as Google Sheets and Excel.
  • Follow and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to PMS and appraisal processes.
  • Assist in ensuring data accuracy and completeness in PMS records.
  • Coordinate with department teams to collect performance-related inputs as required.
  • Support PMS automation initiatives by maintaining structured and clean data formats

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
