We are seeking a proactive and people-focused HR professional to oversee end-to-end human resource functions, foster employee engagement, and ensure seamless HR operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, policy implementation, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Manage employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR documentation
- Implement HR policies, processes, and compliance as per labor laws
- Support employee engagement initiatives and performance management processes
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution
- Coordinate training, development, and appraisal cycles
- Ensure smooth exit management, including full & final settlements
- Maintain HR reports, MIS, and documentation
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Graduate with basic knowledge of Human Resources, Management, or a related discipline
- 2–6 years of experience in HR operations
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools
