· Handel HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee lifecycle management.

· Manage attendance, leave records, and shift scheduling for employees.

· Address employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.

· Support performance management and appraisal processes.

· Maintain accurate HR documentation and reports for audits.

· Collaborate with management for manpower planning and workforce optimization.

Skill

· Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

· Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.

· MBA/MSW/MA in HRM or related field.
