Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Staffing:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment.
  • Coordinate job postings, screenings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain recruitment records and ensure timely hiring.
  • Employee Onboarding & Induction:
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new joiners.
  • Ensure proper documentation and background checks are completed.
  • Attendance & Payroll Coordination:
  • Monitor attendance records and ensure timely input for payroll processing.
  • Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies.
  • Employee Records Management:
  • Maintain up-to-date employee database (both soft and hard copies).
  • Handle personal file audits and data entry in HRIS.
  • Compliance & Statutory Requirements:
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, ESI, PF, and other statutory norms.
  • Assist in audits and inspections by government bodies.
  • Employee Grievance Handling:
  • Address staff issues promptly and escalate critical cases to senior HR.
  • Support a positive work environment through effective communication.
  • Training & Development:
  • Identify training needs and coordinate internal/external training programs.
  • Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness.
  • Performance Management:
  • Support the appraisal process and maintain performance records.
  • Help implement corrective action plans when required.
  • HR Reports & MIS:
  • Prepare and share regular reports on headcount, attrition, and other HR metrics.
  • Coordination with Operations:
  • Work closely with regional/zone operational teams to ensure manpower planning and discipline.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • HR Executive: 1 year (Required)
