Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Staffing:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment.
- Coordinate job postings, screenings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment records and ensure timely hiring.
- Employee Onboarding & Induction:
- Conduct orientation sessions for new joiners.
- Ensure proper documentation and background checks are completed.
- Attendance & Payroll Coordination:
- Monitor attendance records and ensure timely input for payroll processing.
- Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies.
- Employee Records Management:
- Maintain up-to-date employee database (both soft and hard copies).
- Handle personal file audits and data entry in HRIS.
- Compliance & Statutory Requirements:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, ESI, PF, and other statutory norms.
- Assist in audits and inspections by government bodies.
- Employee Grievance Handling:
- Address staff issues promptly and escalate critical cases to senior HR.
- Support a positive work environment through effective communication.
- Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate internal/external training programs.
- Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness.
- Performance Management:
- Support the appraisal process and maintain performance records.
- Help implement corrective action plans when required.
- HR Reports & MIS:
- Prepare and share regular reports on headcount, attrition, and other HR metrics.
- Coordination with Operations:
- Work closely with regional/zone operational teams to ensure manpower planning and discipline.
