(1)Recruitment of all positions in the office staff .Searching/screening of all eligible applicants for suitable candidates for various positions/vacancies of office staff and arrange interviews of suitable candidates as per management requirements
(2) Issuing LOI to selected candidates and coordinating with selected candidates in the joining process
(3) Verification of antecedents of new selected candidates, verification of documents, maintaining HR document files of all employees & issue of Appointment letters, Maintaining all HR related data and documents on SPINE software and regularly updating these details in the software.
(4) Organizing Induction training programme for new joinees in the company.
(5) Organising regular inservice Training of office staff , regional offices and workers.
(6) Taking immediate action against the absconding employee as per company policy
(7) Handling all matters relating to employee grievances and taking immediate corrective actions.
(8) Managing all matters relating to the issue of increments , promotions and other issues related to career progression.
(9) Handling all resignations and ensuring completion of all mandatory formalities as per company SOP before the exit of the employees.
(8) Responsible for smooth operation of office work , in short she will be responsible for resolving all complaints related to all IT related issues , internet/Wi-Fi service, all computers and printers, provisioning of all office stationery , functioning of all telephones etc. by close liasioning with concerned maintenance agencies .
(9) Responsible for checking every month Telephone bills thoroughly for correctness . Custodian of all SIM cards and telephone sets issued by the company to the employees and maintaining proper records.She is also custodian of all company laptops and maintain proper records.
(10) Making reception /accommodation/travel arrangements of all clients and visitors coming to company for inspections including coordination with Drivers
(11) Supervision of canteen services and arranging provisions timely
(12) Organising employee welfare activities , birthday/anniversary programs
(13) Supervising cleanliness and housekeeping activities in the Office building
(14) Ensure proper and effective implementation of HR policies and SOP's approved by the management
(13) Any other work assigned by the management from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
