Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Manage end-to-end hiring process: job posting, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
  • Conduct initial HR rounds and support in closing open positions on time.

2. Employee Onboarding & Documentation

  • Prepare appointment letters, contracts, and joining formalities.
  • Ensure smooth induction and orientation for new hires.
  • Maintain employee personal files and HR database.

3. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination

  • Track daily attendance, leaves, and maintain accurate records.
  • Share monthly attendance reports with the payroll team.
  • Assist in resolving payroll-related queries.

4. HR Operations & Policies

  • Support in implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in drafting HR letters such as confirmations, transfers, warnings, etc.
  • Handle employee queries with professionalism.

5. Employee Engagement

  • Organize employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, training programs, and events.
  • Promote a positive and productive work environment.

6. Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain HR MIS reports and submit them on time.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR.
  • 1–4 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software/HRMS.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain confidentiality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,322.50 - ₹33,050.24 per month

Work Location: In person
