Salary : 15,000 per month (In-Hand)

Key Responsibilities:

✔ End-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)

✔ Screen resumes & coordinate interviews

✔ Handle job portals, LinkedIn & referrals

✔ Maintain candidate database & MIS

✔ Support HR operations and documentation

Skills Required:

* Strong communication & coordination

* Strong knowledge of Indian payroll

* Experience with payroll software

* Experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn,etc)

* Good knowledge of hiring processes

* Target-oriented & proactive

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
