The HR Executive plays a key role in managing day-to-day human resource operations and supporting organizational development. This position ensures all HR functions run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation processes to ensure new hires are smoothly integrated.
- Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and update HRMS/attendance systems regularly.
- Assist in preparing payroll by sharing attendance, deductions, and other employee data with the accounts department.
- Coordinate performance evaluations, probation confirmations, and contract renewals.
- Support employee engagement activities, training sessions, and internal events.
- Handle employee queries related to policies, leaves, HR letters, or workplace concerns.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and local labor regulations.
- Prepare HR reports, letters, memos, and internal communication.
- Assist management in implementing HR strategies to support organizational growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of HR operations, documentation, and labor rules.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
