The HR Executive plays a key role in managing day-to-day human resource operations and supporting organizational development. This position ensures all HR functions run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee onboarding and orientation processes to ensure new hires are smoothly integrated.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
  • Oversee attendance, leave management, and update HRMS/attendance systems regularly.
  • Assist in preparing payroll by sharing attendance, deductions, and other employee data with the accounts department.
  • Coordinate performance evaluations, probation confirmations, and contract renewals.
  • Support employee engagement activities, training sessions, and internal events.
  • Handle employee queries related to policies, leaves, HR letters, or workplace concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies and local labor regulations.
  • Prepare HR reports, letters, memos, and internal communication.
  • Assist management in implementing HR strategies to support organizational growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of HR operations, documentation, and labor rules.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Fresher

Pay: Up to Rs70.00 per month
