The HR Executive will manage day-to-day human resource operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR documentation. The role ensures smooth HR processes and a positive work culture aligned with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
- Manage employee onboarding & exit formalities
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
- Coordinate with accounts for payroll processing and salary revisions
- Implement HR policies, SOPs, and company rules
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
- Monitor performance appraisals and feedback processes
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
- Organize training, engagement activities, and team events
- Support management in HR planning and workforce management
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment
- Good knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR software
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in real estate / interior / construction industry (if applicable)
- Hands-on experience with payroll & attendance systems
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
