The HR Executive will manage day-to-day human resource operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR documentation. The role ensures smooth HR processes and a positive work culture aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
  • Manage employee onboarding & exit formalities
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
  • Coordinate with accounts for payroll processing and salary revisions
  • Implement HR policies, SOPs, and company rules
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
  • Monitor performance appraisals and feedback processes
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
  • Organize training, engagement activities, and team events
  • Support management in HR planning and workforce management

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–4 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment
  • Good knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR software
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in real estate / interior / construction industry (if applicable)
  • Hands-on experience with payroll & attendance systems
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
