Looking for HR Executive - At least 6 Month - 3 Year of Experience
Major Tasks & Key Responsibilities:
On boarding and Documentation Process -
· Helping in On boarding the Employees & Their Documentation Process
Compliance & Attendance Management -
· Supporting in Compliance portion
· Attendance Management and Leave Records of the Employees
Employee Relations & Engagement
· Addressing employee concerns and grievances.
· Organizing employee engagement programs and team-building activities.
· Maintaining a positive work environment.
Performance Management
· Implementing performance appraisal systems.
· Tracking employee progress and suggesting training programs.
· Providing feedback and development plans.
Training & Development
· Identifying skill gaps and arranging training sessions.
· Coordinating workshops and career development programs.
Compliance Responsibilities
· Managing employment contracts and handling disciplinary actions.
· Keeping up with regulatory changes.
HR Policies & Documentation
· Developing, updating, and enforcing HR policies.
· Maintaining employee records and HR databases.
Recruitment & Staffing
· Posting job vacancies and sourcing candidates.
· Screening resumes and conducting interviews.
· Coordinating hiring processes and onboarding new employees.
