Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Prahlad Nagar

Experience: Minimum 2 year

Joining: Immediate

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding).
  • Prepare and maintain HR documents: offer letters, appointment letters, employee files.
  • Manage attendance, leave, and employee database in Zoho People.
  • Process monthly payroll through Zoho Payroll.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports for HR and management.
  • Handle Performance Evaluation Forms and assist in appraisal process.
  • Support day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple HR activities efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 year experience in HR operations & recruitment.
  • Good knowledge of Zoho People & Zoho Payroll.
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills.
  • Good communication, organized, and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Immediate joiner preferred.
