We are looking for a proactive and dedicated HR Executive to manage end-to-end in-house recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in hiring for multiple roles, and the ability to manage documentation, negotiations, and offer letter processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities (KRA):
Recruitment & Hiring:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for all in-house positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.
- Conduct telephonic screening, schedule interviews, and coordinate with department heads.
- Evaluate candidates’ suitability and ensure timely closures of open positions.
- Maintain candidate tracking sheets and daily recruitment reports.
Documentation & HR Operations:
- Manage employee documentation, joining formalities, and ID creation.
- Ensure proper record-keeping of resumes, offer letters, and employee files.
- Handle salary negotiation with shortlisted candidates.
- Prepare and release offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Assist in onboarding and induction processes of new employees.
HR Coordination:
- Maintain HR MIS, databases, and recruitment dashboards.
- Coordinate with internal teams for manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Ensure a smooth and professional hiring experience for candidates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple job openings.
- Good understanding of HR documentation and recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hiring portals.
