Role Summary:
The HR Executive will handle manpower recruitment for construction projects and manage site-level HR operations and employee coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

· End-to-end recruitment for site & Office positions

· Manpower planning as per project requirements

· Joining, onboarding & site induction

· HR MIS & recruitment reports

Requirements:

· Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)

· 2–5 years HR experience in construction industry

· Strong recruitment exposure for project-based hiring

· Ability to coordinate with multiple sites

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
