Key Responsibilities

- Draft and post job ads across job boards, social media, and hospitality networks.

- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/ video interviews, and shortlist candidates.

- Coordinate interview schedules with department heads and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

- Manage end‑to‑end hiring process: offer letters, background checks, and onboarding paperwork.

- Develop relationships with hospitality schools, and industry groups.

- Track recruitment metrics (time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness, cost per hire) and report to HR leadership.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
