Job Title: HR Executive (with Customer Care Support)
Location: Dubai
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and well-organized HR Executive to manage and support day-to-day HR operations. The primary focus of this role will be recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, attendance, and employee coordination. In addition, the role includes handling customer coordination through WhatsApp, email, and Instagram, ensuring smooth communication and complete follow-up until each query is resolved. This position requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources (Primary Role)
· Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.
· Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and maintain proper HR documentation.
· Update and manage attendance, leave records, and provide payroll inputs.
· Prepare HR letters including offer letters, contracts, memos, warnings, and other HR-related documents.
· Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR activities.
· Ensure HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards are followed.
· Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and accurate employee records.
· Coordinate with the finance team for payroll, reimbursements, and employee settlements.
· Assist in organizing meetings, trainings, and HR-related events.
Customer Care Support (Secondary Role)
· Handle customer coordination via WhatsApp, email, Instagram, and phone when required.
· Provide product details, order updates, warranty information, and basic support.
· Take full ownership of customer queries - record, track, follow up, and ensure complete resolution.
· Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and internal teams for timely updates.
· Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-focused communication tone.
Admin Coordination (Minimal)
· Assist with routine office administrative tasks.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar HR role (UAE experience preferred).
· Strong communication skills in English.
· Good understanding of HR documentation, procedures, and compliance.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
· Ability to handle multiple tasks with professionalism.
· Customer-focused, disciplined, and proactive attitude.
Preferred Skills
· Experience in e-commerce or consumer product companies.
· Basic knowledge of HRMS or HR software.
· Familiarity with customer communication tools (WhatsApp Business, email, social platforms).
· Strong follow-up skills and ability to work independently.
