Responsibilities:
Creating Job Descriptions after discussion with managers
Connecting with candidates on different job portals and lining up interviews
Follow-up with candidates
Negotiating job offer
Attendance Management
Payroll handling
Documentation and Verification
Employee Engagement
Creating a harmonious work environment
Ensuring the premises of the office are well regulated

Requirements:
Must be a graduate. (Specialization in HR preferred)
Must have basic knowledge of various HR processes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
