Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Delhi NCR (On-site)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource operations. The ideal candidate will support recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, compliance, and internal coordination while maintaining a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordination
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documents
  • Conduct employee onboarding and induction sessions

HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records, HR files, and documentation
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data
  • Coordinate employee exits, full & final settlements, and handover processes

HR Administration

  • Draft and manage HR policies, SOPs, and internal communications
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
  • Support payroll inputs, incentives, and compliance-related data

Employee Engagement

  • Assist in performance review processes
  • Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
  • Maintain discipline, decorum, and professional conduct in the organization

Compliance & Coordination

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws
  • Coordinate with management and department heads for HR matters
  • Support audits and internal reviews as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration / Management
  • 2–3 years of experience as an HR Executive or similar role
  • Good knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, and documentation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and HR tools
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in recruitment for technical or corporate roles
  • Knowledge of HR compliance and basic labor laws
  • Experience with HRMS or attendance systems
