Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource operations. The ideal candidate will support recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, compliance, and internal coordination while maintaining a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordination
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documents
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction sessions
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records, HR files, and documentation
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data
- Coordinate employee exits, full & final settlements, and handover processes
HR Administration
- Draft and manage HR policies, SOPs, and internal communications
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
- Support payroll inputs, incentives, and compliance-related data
Employee Engagement
- Assist in performance review processes
- Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
- Maintain discipline, decorum, and professional conduct in the organization
Compliance & Coordination
- Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws
- Coordinate with management and department heads for HR matters
- Support audits and internal reviews as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration / Management
- 2–3 years of experience as an HR Executive or similar role
- Good knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, and documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and HR tools
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Preferred Skills
- Experience in recruitment for technical or corporate roles
- Knowledge of HR compliance and basic labor laws
- Experience with HRMS or attendance systems
