Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit employees as per company mandates across various roles.
  • Screen and shortlist relevant CVs based on client-defined criteria using job portals, references, and internal databases.
  • Share suitable candidate profiles with internal teams in alignment with the job description provided.
  • Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews as per client availability.
  • Follow up consistently on candidate status from interview to offer letter and final joining.
  • Maintain and update a structured database of shortlisted candidates for multiple positions.
  • Handle communication professionally via phone, email, and other platforms to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Achieve monthly recruitment targets as set by the company.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
