Key Responsibilities
- Recruit employees as per company mandates across various roles.
- Screen and shortlist relevant CVs based on client-defined criteria using job portals, references, and internal databases.
- Share suitable candidate profiles with internal teams in alignment with the job description provided.
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews as per client availability.
- Follow up consistently on candidate status from interview to offer letter and final joining.
- Maintain and update a structured database of shortlisted candidates for multiple positions.
- Handle communication professionally via phone, email, and other platforms to ensure smooth coordination.
- Achieve monthly recruitment targets as set by the company.
