Job Title: Human Resource Executive

Location: Noida, Sector 132

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Wednesday to Monday)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with strong experience in end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, and HR documentation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting daily HR activities, managing people processes, ensuring smooth communication across teams, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment—preferably with experience in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Manage sourcing, screening, and scheduling of interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers for requirements and interviews.
• Conduct reference checks and prepare offer letters.
• Handle end-to-end onboarding, documentation, and induction of new hires.

HR Operations:

• Maintain employee records, update HRMS, and ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Manage attendance, leaves, and monthly payroll inputs.
• Issue letters such as confirmation, appraisal, experience, etc.
• Maintain compliance documents as required.

Employee Engagement:

• Execute employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives.
• Support grievance handling and ensure a positive work environment.
• Conduct feedback sessions and support employee welfare programs.

Performance & Policy Support:

• Assist in performance management processes.
• Ensure employees follow HR policies and support policy communication.
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards as needed.

Exit Management:

• Coordinate resignation and exit processes.
• Conduct exit interviews, collect assets, and support F&F documentation.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist roles.
• Good understanding of HR processes and policies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
