- Recruitment: Assist with job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Onboarding: Manage the paperwork and processes for new hires, including issuing forms and applications, verifying completion, and explaining benefits programs.
- Employee Relations: Address employee queries, maintain employee records, and assist with employee relations issues.
- Benefits Administration: Help explain benefit programs, ensure compliance with regulations, and assist with enrollment.
- HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR policies and legal requirements.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain HR records, update databases, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
