Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support onboarding and induction of new employees
• Coordinate with departments on HR policies and processes
• Assist in employee engagement and HR-related activities
• Handle day-to-day HR queries and support the HR team

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• 6 months to 1 year of HR experience (consultancy experience of 6 months also acceptable)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
