Key Responsibilities
- Make initial calls to candidates and conduct basic screening

Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers

Maintain recruitment trackers and HR records

Support onboarding activities, including welcome kits and first-day coordination

Assist with attendance tracking and basic HR documentation

Help plan small employee engagement activities and celebrations

Support training sessions and maintain training attendance records

Prepare simple HR reports using Google Sheets or Excel

Ensure smooth communication between HR, candidates, and team members

Fresh graduates (preferred: Psychology, Behavioural Science, HR, Management, or related fields)
- Candidates with a strong interest in people, communication, and HR processes

Warm, polite, and empathetic personality
