The HR Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee coordination, HR documentation, and compliance. The role ensures smooth HR processes and effective communication between management and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
- Post job openings on portals such as Indeed, Naukri, and social media platforms
- Coordinate with candidates, consultants, and placement cells
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and work site allocation
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents
- Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees
- Support employee engagement and welfare activities
- Follow up with interview candidates and update recruitment status
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers can also apply)
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
- Familiarity with job portals (Indeed, Naukri)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
