Experience: 2 to 4 years of relevant HR experience with a mix of Core HR and Recruitment.

Role Overview
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end Core HR operations along with Recruitment activities. The role requires hands-on execution, strong coordination skills, and adherence to HR policies and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Core HR Responsibilities:
- Manage employee lifecycle activities including joining, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and HRMS updates.
- Support payroll inputs, salary revisions, and statutory documentation.
- Assist in implementing and communicating HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and engagement initiatives.
- Support performance appraisal processes and HR audits.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies.
Recruitment Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen profiles, schedule interviews, and coordinate feedback.
- Manage offer letters, negotiations, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Core HR processes and recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Good coordination, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS, AI Tools, and recruitment portals.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
