Roles and Responsibilities
- Managing the complete recruitment cycle
- Sourcing the best talent
- Using various recruitment techniques (job portals, social media platform, referencing, headhunting) for finding the best-fit candidate as per the requirement
- Communicate effectively with the potential candidates through telephone and email.
- Schedule and coordinate for interviews
- Update the Recruitment Managing system
- Keep contact with candidates till they join
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Any Graduate /Specialization in HR
Experience:
- Minimum 6 months experience in Recruitment
- Prior experience of working with Recruitment Agencies.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role
Knowledge:
- Good English Communication skills Verbal and written
- Analytical & Logical thoughts process
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Should be able to communicate with candidates through email & call.
- Interpersonal Skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
