Job Description:
FleetGO is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and support overall people management functions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in core HR activities and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily attendance tracking and maintain accurate employee records
- Process monthly payroll and coordinate with finance for salary disbursement
- Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups
- Coordinate onboarding and documentation for new joiners
- Maintain HR files, employee data, and compliance-related records
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR operations
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of proven experience in an HR Executive or similar role
- Strong knowledge of attendance management, payroll processing, and recruitment
- Familiarity with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and HR tools/software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
