Job Description:

FleetGO is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and support overall people management functions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in core HR activities and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily attendance tracking and maintain accurate employee records
  • Process monthly payroll and coordinate with finance for salary disbursement
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate onboarding and documentation for new joiners
  • Maintain HR files, employee data, and compliance-related records
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR operations
  • Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in an HR Executive or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of attendance management, payroll processing, and recruitment
  • Familiarity with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR tools/software
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
