Key Responsibilities

  • Payroll Management: Accurately process and manage the complete monthly payroll cycle for all employees.
  • Statutory Compliance: Expertly handle and ensure timely compliance, calculations, and filing related to Employees' State Insurance (ESI) and Provident Fund (PF).
  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Assist in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exit processes.
  • HR Documentation & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date and accurate HR records, employee files, and prepare HR-related reports.
  • Policy Implementation: Ensure all company HR policies and procedures are communicated and adhered to.
  • Employee Grievance Handling: Address and resolve employee queries and minor grievances effectively.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (HR Specialization), or a related field is mandatory.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of full-time, hands-on experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role.
  • Sector Experience: Must have prior experience working in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proven practical knowledge of handling end-to-end payroll, ESI, and PF processes.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
