Key Responsibilities
- Payroll Management: Accurately process and manage the complete monthly payroll cycle for all employees.
- Statutory Compliance: Expertly handle and ensure timely compliance, calculations, and filing related to Employees' State Insurance (ESI) and Provident Fund (PF).
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Assist in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exit processes.
- HR Documentation & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date and accurate HR records, employee files, and prepare HR-related reports.
- Policy Implementation: Ensure all company HR policies and procedures are communicated and adhered to.
- Employee Grievance Handling: Address and resolve employee queries and minor grievances effectively.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (HR Specialization), or a related field is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of full-time, hands-on experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role.
- Sector Experience: Must have prior experience working in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
- Technical Skills: Proven practical knowledge of handling end-to-end payroll, ESI, and PF processes.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
