Job Summary:
- We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement for our IT organization.
- The candidate should have hands-on experience in core HR functions and a strong understanding of IT hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements
- Source, screen, and schedule candidates
- Manage offer letters and the onboarding process
2. HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Manage attendance, leave, and HRMS
- Coordinate payroll inputs and related processes
3. Employee Engagement & Relations
- Address employee queries and concerns
- Support the performance management process
- Assist in employee engagement activities and initiatives
4. Policy & Compliance
- Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Support audits and statutory requirements
5. Learning & Development
- Coordinate induction and training programs
- Support employee skill development initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or a relevant qualification
- 3–4 years of HR experience in an IT company
- Strong knowledge of IT recruitment processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
