Location: Gurugram
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and onboarding for trainers, front desk, and support staff.
- Monitor attendance, shift adherence, and leave records through HRMS (Zimyo).
- Support monthly payroll processing and maintain compliance (PF, ESI, POSH, etc.).
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and promote a healthy work environment.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and “Champion of the Month” recognition programs.
- Assist in performance tracking, appraisals, and PIP processes.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Business Administration.
- 1–3 years of HR experience (fitness, wellness, or hospitality preferred).
- Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and people management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools (e.g., Zimyo, GreytHR).
