Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment and onboarding for trainers, front desk, and support staff.
  • Monitor attendance, shift adherence, and leave records through HRMS (Zimyo).
  • Support monthly payroll processing and maintain compliance (PF, ESI, POSH, etc.).
  • Handle employee queries, grievances, and promote a healthy work environment.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and “Champion of the Month” recognition programs.
  • Assist in performance tracking, appraisals, and PIP processes.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Business Administration.
  • 1–3 years of HR experience (fitness, wellness, or hospitality preferred).
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and people management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools (e.g., Zimyo, GreytHR).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
